Title 23 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part § 450.334 requires that Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) publish, or otherwise make available for public review, an annual listing of projects for which federal funds have been obligated in the preceding year. Title 23 CFR also requires that the listing be consistent with the categories identified in the Transportation Improvement Programs.
To assist the MPOs in fulfilling this requirement, the Department has prepared the attached report on projects that have been obligated or placed under grant in FFY 2023. This report contains list of projects specific to your MPO, statewide, district-wide and multi-regional projects. Any project with bicycle and pedestrian element in your region is highlighted in yellow. Please disregard any Statewide or District-wide project that is not applicable to your MPO.
